The International Conference on Cyber Resilience (ICCR 2025) marks the third edition of this esteemed conference series, dedicated to advancing knowledge and fostering collaboration in the field of cybersecurity. ICCR aims to unite leading academicians, scientists, researchers, and practitioners from around the globe to share innovative ideas and the latest advancements across a wide range of topics, including: Cybersecurity and AI, Digital Forensics, Cryptography, Steganography and Watermarking, Financial Technology Security, Cryptocurrency and Blockchain Security, Security Management, Business Security, Cybersecurity in Digital Health, Cyber Law, Policy and Strategy, Cybercrime and Cyber Harassment, and Cybersecurity in Smart Cities. The increasing reliance on digital technologies and the growing volume of sensitive information accessible via the Web, social media, and intranet services underscore the critical importance of cyber resilience.
